Nepal Oil & Gas Services Limited is wholly owned and managed by Nigerians. Below is a profile of the entire Management staff of the company.

BARR. (MRS) NGOZI EKEOMA

Barrister Ekeoma is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Oil and Gas Limited. She is also a director of Southglobe Limited, a financial outfit in Lagos. She holds a Bachelor degree in Law and was called to the Nigerian Bar Association in 2005. A young ,dynamic,  entrepreneur with an outstanding flair for business and Management,  she oversees the company’s management activities and has since lead the repositioning of NEPAL OIL & GAS SERVICES LIMITED towards becoming a reference point for operators in Nigeria’s downstream Oil & Gas sector.

BONIFACE OKECHUKWU CHUKWUNARU

He is the Chief Operating Officer of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Maritime Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) and a Masters Degree in Maritime Management Technology and is responsible for the day-to- day operational activities of the company. 

Mr. Boniface is Industrious and diligent and has over ten years of working experience in Marine Transport Operations, Oil & Gas Trading ,and general logistics operation. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Nigeria.

MR. ISAAC SHOLA ADEGBENRO

He is the Group Financial Controller of the Company.  Mr. Adegbenro holds a B.Sc. Degree in Surveying (Upper Credit) from University of Lagos.  He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).

He has vast experience spanning various sectors of the economy.  He has worked as the Head of Department, in a Local Government; he has also worked at Pannell Kerr Forsters (Chartered Accountant) and Future View Securities Ltd as a Consultant.  Prior to joining Nepal Oil & Gas Services Limited, he was the Internal Auditor at Emline Nigeria Limited, a financial outfit.

MR. UGOCHUKWU ONWUEGBUNA

He is Head of Finance of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] degree in Accounting from Lagos State University Ojo.

Mr. Ugochukwu is a young dynamic and intelligent individual with over 5 years experience banking.

He was in the corporate and commercial banking group of Oceanic Bank International Plc, Apapa region where he was responsible for credit and relationship management in Oil & Gas and General commerce sectors.

Mr. Onwuegbuna is responsible for the day to day financial activities of the company.

MR. OLABODE IBESANMI

A proactive and dynamic young man, Mr. Ibesanmi is the Head of Operations of the Company.  He holds a Higher National Diploma in Petroleum Marketing from Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun, Delta State and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Science from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso, Oyo State.

At Nepal Oil & Gas Services Limited, he is in charge of supervising shipping operations, all depot activities and Monitoring of Product Stocks on a daily basis.

Before joining Nepal Oil & Gas Services Limited, he was a Trainee in the Supply and Distribution Department at Petroleum Products Marketing Company a subsidiary of Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation.
